In an industry where businesses come and go, this accomplishment is proof of our commitment to you. In celebration, we are taking a big step and changing our name from what you may have seen before – DentFX. After all these years in business, it’s time for a more descriptive name.

Hail Damage Repair With Insurance Claims Handling
We specialize in repairing hail damage to vehicles using a technique called Paintless Dent Removal (PDR). Our experienced team will also handle your hail damage insurance claim from start to finish.
Minor Dents from Wear and Tear
We also help our clients keep their car looking fresh off the factory floor with PDR. Door dings, parking lot mishaps and wear and tear from a full garage can all be repaired easily and quickly with PDR. Mile High Hail & Dent can bring your vehicle back to its original factory finish, usually in just a couple of hours.

Eric Nelson
Mile High Hail & Dent is owned and operated by Eric Nelson. Eric started the business soon after finishing his business degree at the University of New Mexico with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies. He and a few friends learned the trade together and Eric opened up shop with quick success. As an Air Force officer’s son, he has a pension for perfection and an eye for precision. Soon after his first child was born, he moved his family and the business from its origin in Albuquerque to Highlands Ranch and hasn’t considered another move since!
Eric hand chooses every member of his team for their experience and reputation in the industry. He also personally inspects every car before it is released to confirm it meets his high standards. Your car will be handled by experts throughout the process and returned to you like new.
Joel Knight
Joel has been in the PDR industry in Denver since 1995. He is a prominent, well-known PDR expert in the Denver Metro Area. Joel has maintained long-term relationships with major dealerships and body shops throughout the Front Range and is known for excellent customer service, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Gary Reigal
Gary started his career in automotive repair in a traditional body shop in 2004 and began practicing PDR several years ago. His expertise in both methods is invaluable and adds a great perspective to the work we do at Mile High Hail & Dent.
